Petitgrain croissants are actually unbeatable. Even eating my way through some of the best croissants in Paris, I missed the flavor of their whole grain flour. Their technique is also impeccable. We're blessed to have them.

Strong Armenian representation is imperative! Wow, just got really sad about not being able to have exceptional nazook and lahmajo at my fingertips.
Everything Rose & Rye does is ridiculous. You have to try the lahmajo at Zhengyalov Hatz too.
All three of those places were already on my list! It's the others I am filing away for later.
